Basic web hacking 10 :: ip range

This one is very easy, I mean below easy for some. Though other have to work to pass it.
I was the one of the lucky ones. My IP address was in the required range. Which doesn’t mean yours want.
Here is victory message:
Good job, Some of you didn’t even have to use a proxy to bypass this because your ISP already provides the range of the allowed ones. So just in case if you didn’t have to change your proxy. All you had to do is just view the source of the error and you will see the range of IP addresses and then just find a proxy.

In case you are not lucky then I suggest that you look about TOR network. Or search internet for some full anonymity proxy server. This means that server will not pass on your IP address.
